Opportunities to Study and Experience Spiritual Fulfillment Together

Explore the quest for spirituality through the eyes of women. The Women's Spirituality Groups at Sukkat Shalom provide a chance to connect with other women, develop friendships, and discuss and learn about various topics having to do with women and spirituality. Each group determines the structure and content for the year. Past topics have included: spiritual texts, Jewish women writers, women's roles in holiday celebrations and “feeding” our spiritual lives.

Groups are self-directed and meet at a schedule that they choose.

SuShY - Sukkat Shalom Youth
Meet, Interact, Connect & Explore - Don't miss the chance to be a part of an exciting and dynamic group of other teens in the congregation. Youth group is a way to be involved outside the classroom with other high school students. We will go downtown for a night on the town and we'll do social justice work in the community. Don't miss this chance to help build our Sukkat Shalom Youth Group into something fabulous. Sukkat Shalom is part of the North American Federation of Temple Youth (NFTY) and the Chicago Area Region (NFTY-CAR). Cantor Kaufman and Alissa Zuchman will advise the Youth Group.
