Nobel Peace Prize laureate and Holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel spent the last four years of his life in extensive, in-depth conversations with author Howard Reich. Reich’s father, Robert Reich, and Wiesel were both liberated from the Buchenwald death camp on April 11, 1945. Reich will discuss his dialogues and friendship with Wiesel, which are chronicled in Reich’s new book, “The Art of Inventing Hope: Intimate Conversations with Elie Wiesel.”
