Civic Duty in Relationship to Our Faith: An Interfaith Webinar
Tuesday, October 20, 2020 • 2 Cheshvan 5781
7:00 PM - 8:30 PMZoomThis interfaith webinar will be geared towards education, awareness, and action, encouraging civic participation through the ballot and the voting booth. With the elections just days away from this event, presenters will speak from scripture, theology, and faith tradition on why civic engagement is a faithful act.
Speakers will present framing remarks and participants will discuss their faith and practice in small groups. We aim to root the conversation in lived experience of the participants so it helps us to know each other better.
