It's time for the Annual Barbecue Beach Shabbat, the final outdoor service of the summer at beautiful Gillson Park Beach, Wilmette. Our joyful and welcoming service, led by Rabbi Brian Immerman and Kenny Lyonswright, is open to everyone of all ages. 

As we do each year, Sukkat Shalom will provide the main course items -- brisket, chicken and vegetarian mac 'n cheese -- while we invite you to share potluck with fellow members among salads, side, desserts, or beverages. Please use the form below to specify what you'll bring and who is in your party to help our ordering of the main courses. There is no charge for this event!

Remember to bring your lawn chairs and a picnic blanket!

Free, ample parking is available in the Gillson Beach Parking Lot accessible from the Lake Avenue park entrance. Parking attendants will not be on duty and parking permits will not be required.  Please see this map for more information:  Gillson Park Map  (look for the picnic pavillion marked with a "PV").
