Esteemed author, Frank Cunningham, will speak about his book, Vesper Time, that includes reflections on the aging process, with a focus on five experiences of aging-diminishment, acceptance, intimacy, gratitude and memory. The book has gone through six printings since it was published last February, and has won two prestigious awards, the Illumination Silver Medal for books on spiritual topics; and the Nautilus Gold Book Award, recognizing books that contribute to spiritual growth, wellness and positive social change. This latter award has also been won by Deepak Chopra, Archbishop Tutu and the Dalai Lama.
